The Josie Dress [Lady Vintage]

I don’t know about you, but here summer is flying so fast! Can’t believe we’re already in August. Today I’m reviewing this beautiful dress from Lady Vintage, UK-based vintage inspired company that offers a great variety of dresses for all shapes and styles.

The Josie dress is one of Lady Vintage’s latest designs, and is now available in three different styles. I’ve always been a big fan of polkadots and they are a must have in every pin up girl’s wardrobe, so I went for it! Guess I’m a sucker for classics!

Founded in 2011 by Sergio and Victoria, Lady Vintage offers all type of vintage inspired dresses (as well as separates) at affordable prices. In addition, all their garments are made in the UK. They have never worked in China and prefer to support British manufacturers and national businesses.

The quality of the fabric is beyond amazing: stretchy and comfortable, the Josie dress really makes you stand out in a crowd. I’m wearing a UK10 and fits like a glove, with enough room for my bust. Since the material is very stretchy, I’d recommend to size down if you are between sizes.

Swing dresses can be the right outfit for a lovely day out, or even at night. Here I’m wearing the Josie dress with a petticoat underneath to accentuate the swing style of the dress.
