Black Friday 2016: Where to Buy

Next Friday is one of the most anticipated days of the year: Black Friday! It’s a popular tradition in the United States after Thanksgiving. All shops and companies offer incredible discounts so people can start buying their Christmas gifts.

Luckily, in the past years Black Friday has become a worldwide celebration. If you are looking for discounts on your favorite vintage inspired shops, now’s the time to prepare yourselves for the big day.

Remember to be organized. Check your favorite shops to see any hints on what type of discount might they offer, and check your favorite items. Don’t forget to be sure about the sizing before Black Friday.
Black Friday is like The Hunger Games. Some sites crash during the sale and even if it seemed you had purchased an item, maybe it won’t. Check your email at all times to ensure the payment and order is processed.
If you order from countries which will requiere customs and other taxes, I recommend you to even buy in different orders to ensure you don’t pay a lot in customs.
Here are some of the most popular shops and brands that will do a Black Friday sale next week:

  • Pinup Girl Clothing. Every year they do a Black Friday sale site wide, which can vary from 20% up to 30% off depending on the year. Stay tuned for more info on their social profiles.
  • Collectif Clothing. Last year they offered a 20% off site wide.
  • Lindy Bop. Last year they had a 50% discount site wide. They are currently warming up Black Friday with sales and promotions.
  • Vivien of Holloway. They offered a 24% off site wide. during 24 hours only!
  • Deadly is the Female. Not announced yet, but they might offer a discount code even to celebrate their 8th anniversary.
  • Unique Vintage: they’re offering a 50% off on all purchases.
  • Tatyana Boutique: 50% off site wide. Hurry up before it’s over!
  • Audrey Stars Boutique. One of my favorite shops to buy for Black Friday. They offer a 20% discount and pre Black Friday sale for newsletter subscribers.
  • What Katie Did. They usually offer a 20% off on all their items, and even want us to get in the mood for Christmas with weekly giveaways.
  • Voodoo Vixen. Last year all purchases had a 50% off discount.
  • Vixen by Micheline Pitt. 20% off on their Etsy shop.
  • Bait Footwear. 30% off on all their collections. Hurry up!
  • Miss L Fire. Discounts on selected items

    Last days of Summer

Hello! September is here, and that means that autumn is just around the corner. I have to admit that although Summer is perfect to wear more colorful dresses, I’m really excited for Autumn.
Today I’m showing you some of my latest acquisitions, a match made in heaven and perfect for the last days of Summer.

Last month I did my first ever Vivien of Holloway purchase, and got their Gypsy Top in white. And I gotta say it has become one of my favourite tops ever! It is very comfortable and looks great with a mexican inspired skirt, a pair of shorts or even capri pants. Here I paired it with the Collectif Clothing Ayana gingham shorts, which I won at a recent giveaway they held on Facebook.
    Outfit Details

    Top – Vivien of Holloway

    Shorts – Collectif Clothing

    Bag – Sunjellies

    Shoes – Lluis Ponts Barcelona

    Accesories – Vintage

I have no words for their Ayana gingham shorts, seriously. It’s been years since I finally decided to wear shorts again. I’ve never liked my thighs and had low self-esteem about this part of my body, but after trying these shorts I feel more confident in my body. Summer calls for colorful accessories, so I styled my look with a Sunjellies bag I won recently. It’s perfect!

My hairstyling skills are getting better each day. Tried a suicide roll after time practicing and I’m amazed by the result!

    Hope you liked my post!

    Valentine’s Day Outfit ideas

Valentine’s Day is vastly approaching, and whether you are planning a date with your partner or a single ladies’ night out, you need to start planning your outfit in advance so that we all look fabulous on February 14th.  I’ve picked some wonderful garments for you all ladies to get inspiration for that special day.

    Dresses
If you want to look fancy and sexy, the best option is to wear a dress to impress. Cindy Bangs offers a great selection of sexy dresses to style with a pair of heels and a cardigan, like the Lauren dress in red – 78-. If you want something more classic but that will also look gorgeous on every body, go for the Audrey dress – 80€ -.
And if you are a pin up on a budget, you can always get one of the cute designs from Lindy Bop. They have a huge variety of dresses and designs to choose from! The Vanessa dress – 40€ – in polka dots is perfect for romantic girls, and fits every shape of body to embrace their curves. If you want to look lie a sassy vintage girl, try the Dolores Dress in Cherry Stem – 66, 57€ -.
    Skirts
Pin Up Girl Clothing offers a great selection of cute skirts (great quality!) which will let you feel like a true pin up from the 1950s. Despite their price, they are the best in the market. Seriously! Once you get one, you’ll want more! A pencil skit is a wardrobe basic in every pin up girl. You can get this one for 68$ in red or just go for a modern twist with one of the many skirts they offer in cute designs. I’ve picked for you the Jenny skirt in Italian landscape – 98$ -, which suits all types of bodies.
Hope this post helped you all plan your Valentine’s Day outfit! Have a great one x

    SALE Favourites

Autumn is around the corner! Have you taken advantage of the SUMMER SALE that is going on around the net?
The other day I snapped a lovely cardigan from BANNED Clothing for under 30€, which is very cheap compared to the price they have in shops in my city. That’s why I always try to buy online, there are lots of discounts and deals!
I have searched a bit on the net and came across beautiful garments which now are at reduced prices. I wish I could grab them all, but I need to save money for my future plans. Moreover, all the items I like are out of stock in my size 😦
These two Hell Bunny cardigans placed above are to die for! I am absolutely in love with the birdcage cardigan in pink, but unfortunately my size is out of stock. They are £22 each at Audrey Stars Boutique, so make sure to visit their shop!

One of my all time favourite clothing lines, Collectif, is also having a sale on their website. They have tons of dresses, tops and cardigans at reduced prices, like these two beauties. Lindy Bop is also having a huge sale, with many types of dresses and skirts to choose from. Dresses at £22.99…What else can we say?

Collectif Reno Summer Western shirt (21.90€)

    Collectif Jo Cardigan (24.50€)

Lindy Bop Eloise Red Tartan Pencil Dress (£22.99)
Lindy Bop Concetta Wiggle Dress (£26.99)
Plus check this beauty from Trollied Dolly. Isn’t it cute?
    £20

My first and new collectif clothing skirt!

    ——
Today is the perfect day to post a #throwbackthursday, although it is from a month ago and today’s a saturday. I got my first tattoo by the end of january. After months deciding what to get on my skin I made it to the parlor.
And after it healed it was time to show it to others. Lucky I was that there was a britpop party the same week. I couldn’t miss that!
My outfit consisted on a vintage jersey from my mother + my new collect if clothing skirt + shoes from a local shop. The result: a preppy rockabilly look.
