As promised, here’s another Orla Kiely post. This time about the brand collaboration with Clarks. This capsule collection features Orla’s favourite palette of colours and vintage inspired designs, really influenced by late 60s-early 70s fashion.
The price range is from 150 up to 240€, and features nearly 20 different pairs of shoes. I might consider getting a pair for fall, because they are really cool and Clarks is a top brand in terms of quality and comfortableness. From high heeled beauties to short heeled loafers and oxford-inspired shoes, this collection will make you feel like you belong to the 60s.
One of my favourite clothing lines, Orla Kiely, kicked off the catwalk at the London Fashion Week on Saturday, September 13. What a lovely show!
I’ve been a fan of her clothing and accessories for a couple of years and although my favourite fashion show from her was the AW13 in which you could clearly see the Mad Men inspiration, Orla’s latest show was really good. The SS15 line features a lot of floral patterns, which get you in the mood for Spring. Matched with pastel colours, part of Orla Kiely’s DNA, which don’t go out of style.
And the shoes. What can we say about them? Okay, they are huge, at least for a tall girl like me…But I would definitely wear those beauties!
Have a great week x
P.S: Another Orla Kiely post coming soon!
